Transact Properties, a real estate agency firm was established in 1998 and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (Registration No.: E(3)0581).

The Principal, Mr. Vadeveloo holds a Degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University, United Kingdom. He is a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor (Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK) and Registered Real Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. He is also a Licensed Auctioneer of Johor State Government and member of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).

He has over 20 years experience in real estate industry including working experience as a Valuer in England. Apart from real estate agency services, he is also well verse in property development process in Malaysia and provides Project Marketing and Management Services.
