Transact Properties, a real estate agency firm was established in 1998 and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (Registration No.: E(3)0581).
The Principal, Mr. Vadeveloo holds a Degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University, United Kingdom. He is a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor (Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK & Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM)) and Registered Real Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. He is also a Licensed Auctioneer of Johor State Government and member of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
He has over 20 years experience in real estate industry including working experience as a Valuer in England. Apart from real estate agency services, he is also well verse in property development process in Malaysia and provides Project Marketing and Project Management Services.
